LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sept. 28, 2012) - 2012 marks the 20th anniversary of Arkansas Hospice and to celebrate this milestone they are bringing back their signature annual event.

'A Fair to Remember' is an evening filled with fun, friends, food, games, auctions and all the sights and sounds of an old-fashioned state fair.

The event will be Thursday, October 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Metroplex/Team Summit. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased online or by calling 501-748-3306.

To make this event even more memorable, Arkansas Hospice has partnered with the Arkansas Select Buick and GMC Dealers and will be raffling off $20,000 toward the purchase of ANY new Buick or GMC vehicle, courtesy of the Arkansas Select Buick and GMC Dealers. Tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase at the event. The raffle will take place in mid-November.

Proceeds from the event benefit Arkansas Hospice services such as compassionate, end-of-life care, grief support and bereavement counseling, volunteer programs such as the Therapy Dog Program and Volunteer Vigil, medical equipment and more.

Arkansas Hospice is a community-based, nonprofit organization and is the largest hospice in the state in terms of patients served. They operate in 33 counties and have 8 offices across the state.
