LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A Little Rock man has been charged with income tax evasion, according to the U.S. Justice Department.
Officials say David Patrick Henry Sr., 69, was charged with three counts of income tax evasion (.PDF). If convicted, Henry faces a maximum penalty of 14 years in prison and a fine of $750,000.
According to the indictment, Henry filed joint federal tax returns with his spouse in 2005, 2006, and 2007 that failed to report all of his taxable income, tax due, and owing.
