UNDATED (CNN) -- The contract for Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley will not be renewed when it expires in June.
But according to "The Patriot-News," he will stay on paid leave until then.
Curley has been on leave ever since he was charged last year with perjury and failing to report child sex abuse allegations, in connection to the Jerry Sandusky case.
Penn State's former vice president, Gary Schultz, was also charged, but he retired.
Both men have denied those allegations.
Their trial starts in January.
