LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Pulaski Academy defends home field in THV Showcase Game of the Week against Little Rock Mills.

The Bruins get on the board early in the first quarter with a touchdown and two-point conversion. A little later in the first quarter, Pulaski Academy looks to score some more.

Quarterback Lawson Vassar finds Lawson Jones for a big first yard gain. That play sets the Bruins up inside the 15 and two plays later, Vassar finds L.J. Wallace for the touchdown. That puts P.A. up 15-0.

Little Rock Mills gets on the board about halfway through the second quarter. But there's not much more from the Comets' offense.

P.A. continues to put up score after score on the Comets. Lawson Vassar and L.J. Wallace team up for another Bruin touchdown just before the half. Wallace gets the catch and run for about 80 yards.
