GARLAND COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - The jury trial starts Tuesday for a man charged with capital murder.
Timothy Allen Wells is charged in the shooting death of Madhuben Patel. A store clerk found Patel lying on the sidewalk in front of her family's Lynwood Motel in Hot Springs back in 2010.
Wells is currently serving time behind bars after being convicted of first degree murder for the shooting death of Shane Northcutt in Malvern.
