HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) -- The jury trial for a man charged with capital murder begins today.
Timothy Allen Wells is charged in the shooting death of Madhuben Patel.
A store clerk found Patel laying on the sidewalk in front of her family's Lynwood Motel in Hot Springs in 2010.
Wells is currently serving time behind bars after being convicted of first degree murder for the shooting death of Shane Northcutt in Malvern.
