LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The man found shot inside a car has been identified.
Little Rock police say they found Charles Hall, Jr., 27 of Star City, slumped over inside a car at 11th St. and Fair Park Blvd. He was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.
As of right now there are no suspects or a motive.
