NEW YORK (AP) - New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has ordered New York City's transit service to suspend bus, subway and commuter rail service in advance of the massive storm that's expected to hit the eastern third of the United States in the coming days. Forecasters say Hurricane Sandy is running parallel to the Southeast coast and likely to turn toward the mid-Atlantic by tomorrow night. It's expected to collide with two other systems, creating a rare hybrid storm that could cause havoc over 800 miles from the East Coast to the Great Lakes.
