LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) An aggravated robbery turns deadly just before 9 p.m. Victor Rosas, 26, was shot in the chest.
The police report says Rosas was standing outside of 11 Terrrace Pl when two men approached him, demanded his wallet, and then shot him. Witnesses saw the suspects run northbound. No arrests have been made.
