UNDATED (CNN) -- Jerry Sandusky is now at a maximum security prison in southwest Pennsylvania. He was moved yesterday.

Sandusky is in protective custody partly because of his notoriety.
He stays in a cell by himself and will have an escort whenever he leaves the cell. He won't be leaving much.

But he is allowed one hour of exercise five days a week. Sandusky maintains his innocence in the child sex abuse trial.

His attorneys are appealing the case.
