MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, Ark (KTHV) - Pam Hicks, the mother of one of the 8-year-old boys killed in the West Memphis three case, filed a civil rights complaint this week against a deputy with the Mississippi County Sheriff's office.
She says he came to her house on Nov. 15 on a report that she trespassed on a neighbor's property and allegedly searched her home without a warrant and body slammed her before arresting her.
She's suing for illegal search and seizure, unlawful arrest, detention and imprisonment.
