CABOT, Ark. (KTHV) - A Cabot teacher who pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges in mid-December received sentencing Tuesday.
According to Lonoke County prosecutor Chuck Graham, Stacy Stracener was sentenced to 15 years in prison with nine suspended, leaving six years to serve. Additionally, Graham says a permanent no-contact order with the victim and his family was issued and she must register as a sex offender.
Stracener pleaded guilty to 11 counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of second degree sexual assault back in December. She is currently in the Lonoke County Jail awaiting transfer to the Department of Correction.
