LAFOURCHE PARISH, LA (CBS/WWL) -- Jeremiah Wright is incompetent to stand trial in the decapitation death of his disabled son, Louisiana state District Judge John LeBlanc ruled in a decision issued Tuesday.

His murder trial is suspended indefinitely, and he will be sent back to the state mental hospital in Jackson for more treatment aimed at making him competent to assist his attorneys and understand the legal proceedings.

A six-day hearing on his competency ended February 4th.

Wright is accused of beheading his 7-year-old son Jori Lirette in 2011 at their Thibodaux home.
