LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- After the week of weather that Arkansas had, it's time to brighten things up just a touch. We're talking about lanterns!

Arkansas' only deep-winter outdoor festival is returning to Little Rock for a 5th year of family fun and illuminating entertainment.

THV 11's Sarah Fortner was at Wildwood Park for the festivities, which ran until 10 p.m. and opens again Saturday and Sunday.
