All four members of the House of Representatives from Arkansas were in the majority when the chamber voted 367-to-58 to endorse federal help for communities faced with deteriorating sewage systems.
Voting for the measure Wednesday were 228 Democrats -- including Arkansas Congressmen Marion Berry, Mike Ross and Vic Snyder -- and 139 Republicans, including Congressman John Boozman of Arkansas.
Voting no were 58 Republicans.
