Antonio Terry, 17, is charged with capital murder in the June 30 shooting death of 67-year-old Maurice "Beau" Clark at Clark's home.

Psychologist George DeRoeck diagnosed Terry with mental disease conduct disorder but found that Terry knew right from wrong at the time of the killing and will be able to participate in his own defense.

Defense attorney Bill James plans to challenge the finding during a hearing scheduled for March 15.
