CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) -- A Greenbrier foster parent who was charged last week with child pornography charges, now faces rape charges.
According to Faulkner County investigators, Daniel Klosky Jr. was arraigned Wednesday for rape. According to prosecutors, Klosky allegedly raped a teen boy earlier this year. Deputies say Klosky and the alleged victim knew each other well but is not a foster child.
For the new charges, Klosky has been given a $250,000 bond, which will be added to the $100,000 bond set last week.
Meanwhile, Faulkner County deputies are still investigating. Two foster children, one 8, the other 17, were living with Klosky at the time of his arrest.
Klosky was also a Greenbrier volunteer firefighter.
