By taking out the tortillas and those fatty toppings (cheese, sour cream, etc), Anthony has created a much leaner version of the classic fajitas.
Healthy Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
Poblano pepper
Anaheim pepper
Onion
Green bell pepper
Sweet red pepper
Chicken breast
Directions
Chop up your veggies and put into a skillet on the grill. Add Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir fry veggies until cooked.
