As we put our focus on Mom's during the month of May we are sharing some of our favorite "Meals in a Minute" to save you some time. Wednesday's Meal in a Minute is great for leftovers. It only has four ingredients, will take you just a few minutes, and it's healthy too!
Cranberry Turkey Melt
2 (6-inch) Italian bread shells
1/2 cup cranberry-orange sauce
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey breast, cut into strips
2/3 cup shredded Pepper-Jack cheese
Place bread shells on ungreased baking sheets. Spread bread shells evenly with cranberry-orange sauce. Arrange turkey strips on top of sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
