LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- If you have plans to say "I Do," the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Fall Bridal Show is the event to visit. Learn how to make your dreams of a beautiful, stress-free wedding a reality.

The Bridal Show will feature businesses, prizes, contests and a fashion show this Sunday from 12:30-5 p.m. at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.

The show's more than 100 vendor booths will help brides-to-be and their fiancés plan their weddings from start to finish. This show has an estimated attendance of more than 1,500.

The bridal show is a mixture of businesses from across the state and beyond that include photographers, DJs, caterers, travel agents and reception sites, among other vendors.

This year, the show is adding more contests and prizes to attact brides. The Make Up Your Bride contest will pair up brides with a friend, mother or spouse. The bride's partner, while blindfolded, will have to apply makeup and jewlery on the bride. Three pairs will be selected at the show and prizes will be rewarded.

The Made to Marry Contest will feature three pre-selected couples in a competition to see who knows their future spouse the best. Couples must register online by Aug. 1. The winning couple will receive a $1,000 photography package from Eli Murray Photography.

The Runway Fashion Show will feature more than 50 outfits for the entire wedding party, segmented into either classic or modern, making it easier for brides to choose their perfect look. The show will begin at 4:30 p.m.

One lucky couple will win the Ultimate Wedding Package, valued at more than $4,000. The giveaway, which will be given out randomly at 5 p.m., features such prizes as photography, a DJ for the reception, rentals for the wedding, a wedding cake and more.

Brides-to-be will receive a free Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Bridal Planner and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Real Weddings Magazine. The planner is a complete guide to planning a wedding, including worksheets to help keep brides organized. The magazine features real weddings in the state and focuses on the couples and the choices they made for their weddings.

Tickets are $10 at the door or can be bought online for $7 in advance or at any central Advanced SunSystems and Mens Warehouse locations.
