VENEZUELA (CNN) - Now, usually when we talk of energy prices, we're talking about oil. And as the cost goes up, so do the prices at the pump.

Venezuela, however, is another story. It's said to have the cheapest petrol on earth.

For about ten gallons of gasoline, the people of Venezuela pay around four Bolivars. By the official exchange rate, that's the grand total of just over a dollar.

Here in the U.S., it will cost around $100 to fill up a Hummer.  In Europe, it will cost around $200.  In Venezuela?  $2.
