Craig starts off by declaring the Miller County Jail a loser. Two men being held on murder charges, hacksawing through the bars. The jail didn't look too good this week.
Then, he calls the Arkansas Highway Department a winner. They got the word out in plenty of time for motorists to avoid I-430/630 on Wednesday, during a crucial moment in the construction there, and there were no problems.
Another win goes to THV's Lisa Hutson for her incredible performance in Backhoe Basketball during the Highway Department's "Roadeo."
Here's a big winner- the Little Rock Film Festival. In its sixth year, it is growing faster than Sundance. Over 1,000 entries tried this year but only 10 percent made the cut. ...A good sign.
A loser- Cyclists in Arkansas. According to the League of American Bicyclists, Arkansas is the nation's least bike-friendly state.
