LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Friends, wherever news is gathered, there will inevitably be "Winners and Losers."

Joined by THV intern Hayden Balgavy, Craig O'Neill declares this week's winners and losers.

He begins with Madagascar 3, making it a winner as it beat out the live action Prometheus.

Another winner goes to the old Superior Bathhouse which has been reborn as the Vapor Valley Micro-Brewery.

Craig also says the 400 gifted and talented high school seniors who have enrolled in Governor's School are winners. For the next four weeks, they'll broaden their horizons and learn just how creative an academic setting can be.

He has just a couple of losers on today's list, beginning with the School Choice Act. When a federal judge threw out the law for being unconstitutional, it has shaken up plans for students and families statewide.
