First off, a loser is declared. Fireworks. It has gotten so dry, and two weekend before the 4th of July, we've had major brushfires. It's going to make some people, not everyone, but some people think twice before getting the munitions.
Winner. Darth Vader's mini me. The kid's name is Max Page, and we saw him on a Super Bowl commercial. He just had a successful heart surgery earlier this week, and is expecting a full recovery.
