HUDSON, NY (CNN) - A brazen criminal was stealing American flags right off of graves in a Hudson cemetery, but police just can't quite seem to get their hands on the suspect.
Surveillance photos depict a woodchuck, standing next to one of the flags, in the process of munching on the red, white, and blue.
