SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The price has just dropped on an island for sale in the northern part of San Francisco Bay.
The six-acre Red Rock Island is now being offered for just under $5 million. It had been listed for $22 million.
Realtor Steven Higbee says the undeveloped island has been on and off the market for years, but he advised the owner that the best way to move it was by "whittling away at the price."
Who wouldn't want to own their own island, right?
