DES MOINES, Iowa (CBS/KCCI) -- Some serious competition at the fairgrounds in Iowa!

It was the annual cow chip throwing contest at the Iowa State Fair. State fair photographer Steve Pope was the premier poop propeller, chucking his chip 92 feet.

Pope's prowess is prodigious in these parts. He's been procuring prizes as the premiere poop pitcher for four years in a row.
