LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The weekend is here and Liz has some great fish tales to share with you.
The first one started with a phone call from David Guess. And look at what he wanted to share. A blue and white catfish he caught Tuesday in the Arkansas River. He even took it by Game and Fish and they took this picture. They say seeing a catfish like this is unusual.
And check out this nice catch from 12-year-old Jacob. He caught this bass one day after playing baseball. His aunt says he loves fishing and hunting.
And here's Dalton with a mess of fish, 25 to be exact. Every year his uncle takes him out for a day of fishing. These crappie and bass were caught in a reservoir in Stuttgart.
And finally check out 8-year-old Chance's big catch. A 4 pound 10 ounce bass he reeled in on Cox Creek. When it hit he said "Here comes a fight." He was tugging, pulling and yelling, it's a good one dad! Get the net. He reluctantly let it go but he plans on catching more. Chance would like to be a pro bass angler when he grows up.
