FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas baseball team will close out its regular season this weekend when it travels to Knoxville, Tenn., to face Southeastern Conference opponent Tennessee in a three-game series.
The Razorbacks (36-17, 13-14 SEC) edged Louisiana Tech 6-5 in 10 innings on Tuesday in its final non-conference game of the regular season. The game was played at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock.
The Volunteers (24-28, 8-19) are coming off an 11-4 loss to Memphis on Tuesday.
Arkansas and Tennessee have met 49 times previously with the Razorbacks holding a 25-24 edge in the series.
Game times are set for 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 3 p.m. on Saturday.
