DEGRAY LAKE, Ark. (KTHV) -- Courtyard Gardens Health & Rehabilitation invites you to participate as a sponsor in the 2nd annual Willie Tate Classic Memorial 4-Person Scramble Golf Tournament. This major fundraiser is for the Alzheimer's Association, the leader in Alzheimer research, dedicated to finding prevention methods, treatments and an eventual cure.
This event honors Arkadelphia's very own Willie Tate, who after many years of educating and mentoring our local youth, passed away with one of the most common types of progressive dementia.
The success of this event will depend largely on our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to the event. Enclosed is a flyer and a description of the various sponsorship opportunities and benefits. In addition to the specific benefits associated with individual sponsorship levels, sponsors will enjoy increased name recognition and goodwill in the local community.

The tournament will be June 2 at DeGray State Park Golf Course. Lunch is served at 11 a.m. and tee times are 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Price is $50 per player or $200 per team.
Entry fees include 18 holes of golf, lunch, door prizes and gift bags, all you can hit range balls, and mulligans. Prizes will be awarded for hole-in-one, closest to the pin, longest drive, and others including individual putting contest.
