NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Travelers are to remain a farm team for the Los Angeles Angels under a new two-year agreement.
The Class AA Travelers made the announcement on Monday that the affiliation with the Angels will run through the 2014 season.
The Travelers have been an Angels farm team since the 2001 season. The St. Louis Cardinals and the Travelers were affiliates before that shift.
The 2013 season begins April 4 at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock.
