ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (HSU) -- The Henderson State Red Wave men's swim team cruised to a 132.5 to 91.5 victory over Ouachita Baptist.
Bence Greifenstein led the Red Wave by finishing first in both the 200 butterfly (1:56.84) and the 200 breaststroke (2:09.88).
Guy Buls swam to victory in the 200 backstroke posting a time of 1:55.04 while placing second in both the 200 individual medley (1:57.82) and the 200 breaststroke (2:11.29).
Robert Fisher also had a solid performance by winning the 200 freestyle in a time of 1:45.20, and placed second in the 100 freestyle (47.20).
In the 200 individual medley, Nicholas James easily took first-place by turning in a time of 1:54.74, while Dylan Anderson placed second in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:05.61 and Adam Milecz placed second in the 50 freestyle (51.51).
Erik Johannessen claimed the 1-meter diving event for the Red Wave, scoring 206.05 points.
Henderson claimed both relay events to cap off the meet. In the 400 medley relay, the team of James, Greifenstein, Milecz, and Brandon Curley swam to an easy victory with at time of 3:28.40, six seconds faster than their competition.
The foursome of Fisher, Milecz, James and Aaron Villemez closed out the meet with a win in the 400 freestyle by turning in a time of 3:06.50.
