and three steals for the Aggies (7-1) as they ran their win streak to six in a
row. Also recording a double-double for the hosts was Jarred Shaw with 19

Nicholls led by two points about four minutes into the contest, but the team
made a total of just eight field goals in the first half and soon found itself
trailing by a score of 43-22 at the break. USU made good on an impressive 57.7
percent from the floor through the first 20 minutes.
In the second half the Colonels battled back, outscoring the hosts by a 50-36

still fell by seven.
Utah State not only converted 55.3 percent from the field in the contest, it
also outscored the Colonels at the charity stripe, 23-13.
Both programs will be back in action on Friday as Utah State clashes with UC
