points, seven assists, seven rebounds and three steals on Thursday, as the
Oregon Ducks upended the fourth-ranked Arizona Wildcats, 70-66, at Matthew
Knight Arena. Tony Woods, Carlos Emory and Dominic Artis each added 10 points
for the Ducks (13-2, 2-0 Pac-12), who improved to 11-0 at home and
earned their first victory over a top-5 team since they upset then-No. 1 UCLA
on Jan. 6, 2007. Mark Lyons led Arizona (14-1, 2-1) with a game-high 21
points, while Solomon Hill donated 16 points and Nick Johnson added 12 for
the Wildcats, who have lost their last two meetings with the Ducks.

22 and 13 points, respectively, for the Bulldogs (16-1, 3-0 WCC), who have won
seven straight. With leading scorer Matthew Dellavedova struggling from the
field (4-for-15), Stephen Holt stepped up with 23 points for the Gaels
(12-4, 1-1), who had a four-game winning streak snapped.

Iowa City, IA (Sports Network) - Branden Dawson scored a career-high 17 points
to help the 22nd-ranked Michigan State Spartans escape the Carver-Hawkeye
Arena with a 62-59 win over Iowa. Gary Harris had 14 points, five rebounds
and three steals for the Spartans (13-3, 2-1 Big Ten), who faced a Hawkeyes
team that was without leading scorer Roy Devyn Marble. Iowa (11-5, 0-3) leaned
more on Zach McCabe, who contributed 15 points and seven rebounds. Melsahn
Basabe supplied 14 points in the Hawkeyes' third straight loss, all to
ranked teams.
