Concussion Concerns: Improving Helmets

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The North Little Rock Charging Wildcats are the first school in Central Arkansas to order helmets with censors to help detect impacts to the head.

Head coach Brad Bolding says the technology is well worth it. Bolding says " I want my players to be able to walk out in the morning and pick up the paper when they're older."

The order comes after a study found the around a dozen of North Little Rock's helmets were among the worst for safety last year.
