Lake Forest, IL (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bears agreed to terms Thursday on one-year contracts with cornerbacks Jonathan Wilhite and Kelvin Hayden.
Wilhite, 28, was drafted by New England in the fourth round in 2008 out of Auburn and played his first three NFL seasons with the Patriots, collecting 93 tackles and three interceptions in 39 games.
He had 28 tackles, one interception and two sacks in 15 games for the Broncos last season, including two starts.
Hayden spent last season with the Falcons and totaled 24 tackles, four passes defensed and two interceptions in eight games.
A second-round draft pick of the Colts in 2005, he picked off a Rex Grossman pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown in the Colts' 29-17 win over the Bears in Super Bowl XLI.
Over seven seasons in the NFL, he has totaled 322 tackles, 11 interceptions and 41 passes defensed.
