HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - With Republicans confident they can win Arkansas' only U.S. House seat held by a Democrat in November's election, the three candidates seeking the GOP nomination are clashing more on style than policy.

There's little Tom Cotton, John Cowart and Beth Anne Rankin disagree about as they hunt for votes in the sprawling, 33-county 4th Congressional district in south Arkansas. All three say the health care law should be repealed, vow to cut federal spending, support a balanced budget amendment and say they would have voted against the agreement last year to raise the nation's debt ceiling.

All three are running to succeed Democratic U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, who announced last year he wouldn't seek re-election as he prepares for a potential run for governor.
