Tuesday's Meal in a Minute recipe comes from Cooking Light's 5 Ingredient Cookbook. It only takes one skillet and that makes clean up easier.

Skillet Ziti and Vegatables

  • 2 cupssun-dried tomato and herb low fat prepared pasta sauce
  • 2 cupswater
    8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
    1(10 ounce) package fresh stir fry vegetables
    3/4cupshredded provolone cheese1. Combine pasta sauce and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil.2. Add in pasta and vegetables; cover and lower heat.3. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.One skillet and 20 minutes later, you have a complete healthy meal.
