LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The victim in a weekend shooting has died from their injuries.

Little Rock police spokesperson Sgt. Cassandra Davis says Courtland Dugger died Monday morning due to his injuries.

According to the police report, a man and his passenger, Dugger, were pulled over on their way to the hospital. The driver says he and Dugger were shot at the Valero gas station at 7200 W. 12th Street. The report states their vehicle had multiple bullet holes in the front windshield and passenger side of the car.

Monday morning, police developed two suspects in the shooting. Phillip Conway, Sr., 36,and Phillip Conway, Jr., 19,were both arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of Dugger.

Police say the shooting stemmed from a long standing feud between them.

This makes the 38th homicide in Little Rock for 2012.
