LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Arkansas State Police are investigating a hit-and-run vehicle collision.
According to police, the crash between a car and motorcycle occurred just after 1:00 a.m. Monday morning along I-40 at the 152 mile marker.
The motorcycle driver was found injured at the scene and taken to a Little Rock hospital. ASP did not release any information as tothe driver'scondition.
We're told state troopers believe the motorcycle was struck from the rear by a car traveling eastbound, causing the motorcycle driver to be thrown onto the windshield of the car.
Bill Sadler with theASP says the driver of the car left the scene of the crash, dragging the motorcycle along with it until it was freed from the car at the JFK exit.
Nathan Ray, the driver of the car, was located the same morning, and charged with aggravated assault and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
