LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Today marks the 10th anniversary of the Coalition for Tobacco Free Arkansas.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, some 45.3 million people smoke.
But believe it or not, that's 3 million fewer smokers than there were five years ago.
