Arkansas Hands & Voices provides non-biased support for families and embraces parent/professional collaboration to enable all children with hearing loss to reach their maximum potential.

Una Carroll's son Connor was identified through the Newborn Hearing Screening Program as having hearing loss and has received two cochlear implants over the past eleven years.

"I had the best experiences any parent could have, but what lead me to want to advocate for other families is because I met other families who did not have as great an experience or such a support network as I did so that's what is so important to me about Hands and Voices," says Carroll.
