LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The chief operating officer from President Barack Obama's 2008 campaign is to speak at the Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock.

Henry F. De Sio to speak at 6 p.m. Thursday. His lecture is titled "Hope and Change and Changemaking."

The lecture will focus on his work with a social entrepreneurship venture called Ashoka. The organization works to prepare the next generation of activists.

Prior to joining Obama's campaign in 2008, De Sio was founder of Way Forward Strategies, a firm that promotes leadership excellence through coaching and consulting services.

The lecture will be in Sturgis Hall.
