LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Clinton School of Public Service is sponsoring a talk by an expert on urban retailing.

Robert Gibbs is to speak at 6 p.m. Monday at Sturgis Hall on the school's Little Rock campus.

The Clinton School says Gibbs has spent the past 25 years in developing innovative commercial developments in more than 300 town centers and historic cities.

Gibbs has worked to implement environmentally sustainable principles as a way to combat suburban sprawl.
