"The Big Dam Bridge Foundation wants to educate people about the availability of a community facility which can be accessed at any time and at no cost." According to the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement, an estimated 130 million Americans, or 64 percent, are overweight or obese. In Arkansas, the prevalence of childhood obesity doubled in the past two decades and tripled in adolescents.
