HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) Gun buyers lined up Saturday to stock up on guns and ammunition at the Hot Springs Lions Club Gun show.

Organizers say over 600 stood at the doors as they opened Saturday morning. The event took place at the Hot Springs Civic Center. Those attending came to buy, sell, trade and of course browse. Gun shop owner Chris Smith says buyers are unsure of what the future will bring, so they're stocking up.

"It's hard to say of people are over reacting everybody seems to know what they're looking for we're not having al lot of guessers," said Chris Smith.

The show is also open Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It cost $6 to get in, but kids 12 and under get in free.
