JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - "For the Love of the Arts," presented by the Jacksonville Fine Arts Department, had it all Monday night from art to jazz and photography to choir. The teachers even invited some former students back to show their work.

Art Teacher Glenda McCune said because February is Black History Month, they're featuring the work of minority students, and they have plenty of people to help them celebrate their talents.

"What's elating is there are so many parents, people from the community showing up for this special event, and it just makes our heart tingle," said McCune.

This is the second year for this program, and they hope to grow it in the coming years, even inviting students from other schools to participate.
