THV11 partners with theThea Foundation to present the Thea Arts Festival each Springin Argenta.

The mission of the Thea Arts Festivalis to create awareness throughout the arts, education, and business communities of the Mid-south region about the Thea Foundation, and therefore its initiatives to encourage creativity among Arkansas students, by offering a celebration of the arts.

A variety of artists from across Arkansas and their workwere featured along the streets of North Little Rock. Musicianswho performed throughout the 2013 festivalinclude:

  • Daniel Haney, Alternative/Folk
  • Mister Morphis, Americana
  • Handmade Moments, Modern Jazz
  • The Pickoids, Eclectic/Blues
  • Steve Bates, Acoustic
  • Fire & Brimstone, Island Contemporary
  • Mandy McBryde, Folk Pop
  • Alisa Coffey, Harpist/Classical
  • Quapaw Quartet, Classical
  • Celina Bree, Country Pop
  • Serious Young Musicians, Jazz

Artists provide demonstrations on how they create their work during the festival. Thereare also unique children's art stations set up - including an Instrumental Petting Zoo, Sidewalk Chalk, andPaint-by-Numbers, just to name a few. Dancers from area dancing schools will also perform.
