Arkansas Business to present Pulaski Co. most expensive homes

And Arkansas Business this week is presenting their annual list of Pulaski County's most expensive home sales.

The list tracks the sale of million-dollar homes in the county in 2012.
Last year, there were 13 homes sold for more than one million dollars, that's the fewest million-dollar homes sold since we started tracking in 2004

The No. 1 most-expensive home is a doozy. It's at 22 Valley Crest Court in Little Rock, and it's valued at $5.1 million.

That home was sold by upscale home builder Rick Ferguson. That's a 15,000 square-foot home.

At No. 2, 8 Vantage Point in Little Rock, which sold for $1.85 million by Mark and Sally Kline. That's a 10,000 square-foot home.

At No. 3, 55 Hickory Hills Circle in Little Rock. That home was sold by Henrietta Williams for $1.6 million. And that home is nearly 11,700 square feet. It has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
