BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) - A man has been arrested in connection with 4 different break-ins and thefts in Benton.

According to LT. Kevin Russell, Derrel James, 48, was arrested on April 29 for charges related to four break-ins and thefts that took place at the AT&T storage facility located on Shenandoah Drive.

Russell said the business had over $11,000 worth of copper wire and other items stolen from an outside storage area, and several hundred dollars worth of damage was done to the facility to gain access to the material.

James was charged with four counts of Breaking or Entering, four counts of Theft of Property, and four counts of Criminal Mischief. The investigation is on-going and more charges could be forthcoming. James also had warrants out of Pulaski County for several felony warrants.
